"The Lucky MeMe"

I've been tagged for the Lucky 7 MEME by blogger Laura at My Baffling Brain. I was tagged with this on another blog just about a week ago so I did cheat just and little from there and did a copy paste from my other blog.
1. Go to page 77 of your current MS
2. Go to line 7
3. Copy down the next 7 lines - sentences or paragraphs - and post them as they're written. No cheating
4. Tag 7 authors

5. Let them know
If you don't have a MS, just put the same from your favorite book, like Laura did, OR just add a paragraph about a piece that you would like to write on...otherwise I would have to pass to the same people and they probably wouldn't like that.
I really don't even have an MS myself yet but I do have bits and pieces of a story that I am working on...
The story which I call Shattered Pieces of Broken Promises is based on a true event that happened in my town 22 years ago. (I have changed their names BTW)

Sondra was the wife of a well known businessman in town. Her husband is also a city councilman whom I will call Mitch. Mitch has a mistress Sally and the two were having an affair for many months prior. The affair turned to serious when they exchanged, "I Love You's." Mitch is also his mistress, Sally's boss. Mitch has a handyman, Clifford. Clifford has some problems and is only able to maintain small jobs, such as handyman jobs.
Mitch called Clifford to the store one day and gave Clifford an envelope containing $2,000 to kill his wife Sondra and told Clifford to "make it look like an accident." Clifford get's a buddy who I will call Darryl to drive him to the home of Sondra and Mitch under the pretence of fixing a light, but he murdered her. Mitch and Sally had the perfect alibi; they were working. Both of them threw Clifford under the train. After the trials (which only convicted Clifford btw) and the townsfolk had moved on, Mitch and Sally married.
The first bit of info to start this with was one of Cliffords appeals from 1993.
#1 in the appeal the DNA specialists testifies in the accusers trial that the hair found, came back inconclusive that it was from the accused. Clifford lost his appeals (?)  IDK just knowing that has left me feeling, hmmmm.... Clifford was found guilty of murder and is currently serving Life w/o mercy.
So now onto the Lucky Questions to answer:
1. What is my dream Vacation? WOW I haven't have one in over 12 years, so I must say anywhere but here. I love the beaches of Deleware, so a warm beach with my feet in the sand and salt water air.
2. Are you spontaneous or do you like to plan? Sadly, I am such a procrastinator that even though I would have a plan, I probably wouldn't stick to it.
3. Tell us one thing you want to do, but don't dare do? Light a poop bag on fire on my neighbors porch.
4. What's your biggest phobia? Snakes...That one was pretty easy. I am totally terrified of them and will have a panic attack just looking at a picture of one.
5. If you were stranded on a desert island--what 3 things would you want with you (not including laptop or family)? Coffee... definately coffee. (I would probably have my cellphone in my pocket, but wouldn't be able to text), so will have to say my buddy, my Chihuahua. I would definately have to have a bottle of wine because I picture a desert island would have... snakes. Lastly, a good book, a classic like Treasure Island or Gullivers Travels.
6. Name 3 blessings in your life: My hubby and my family, my friends and my Chihuahua furbuddy. I know sounds lame, but my kids are giving me grandkiddies. I do not need expensive jewels, when they come give hugs and wrap their arms around my neck.
7. What was your nickname in high school? 4th grade I was called Teacher's Pet. That name only stuck for that grade, by the 5th grade I guess everyone forgot that I had been the teachers pet.
8. If you could meet the President of the US, what would you say to him? If I met him I would probably sing, "Let your people go!"
9. If you could be any literary character for a day, who would you be? Probably Huckleberry Finn, because I like to explore new places
10. What is your favorite quote? It would have to be from Mother Theresa's poem: "Do it Anyway" "The good you do today, people will oftten forget. Do good anyway."
So here are the 7 Lucky Winners:
